Iteration two (actually three with a colour update!) of a diagram Noreen drafted and circulated on twitter in July / August 2019, comparing the traditional approach to public services (which is not to be discarded entirely and has its uses in some contexts), and the co-productive approach to public services (which needs to be used more particularly in situations of complexity).
