Track the Act (survey for carers)

Carers have certain rights, legally defined in the Social Services and Well Being Act (Wales) 2014. The Track the Act survey was set up to monitor and gather information from carers themselves on how the changes to the law has affected them in reality. The information helps them continue to support carers in their work. If you’re a carer, please read more and fill in the survey here: https://www.carersuk.org/wales/news-campaigns/track-the-act
